My journey into design began at Cal, where I spent a year at BRAVO an autonomous vehicle research team, around the time Tesla first released Autopilot in 2015–2016. I built a simulator for the rider experience, using visuals, haptics and woodworking to understand passenger comfort. Looking back, that's where I got hooked, curious on how technology can solve the toughest, unimaginable challenge: remember when there were no Tesla, Waymo or Zoox on the road?
Since then, I've helped millions of Immigrants send money home from America at Afriex and improved AI hiring workflows for enterprise teams at Indeed. Those experiences showed me how technology can turn manual processes into engines of economic growth. I also learned through mistakes that trust in AI product is hard-won. That's why my work centers on earning it: delivering craft, value and results.
